How the booking process works

Step 1 – Feel the Vibe

Start by diving into my website and Instagram—get lost in the tones, the textures, the stories. It’s the best way to get a sense of my style, how I shoot, and what your final gallery could look like. I’m not a one-size-fits-all photographer; I bring a distinct editorial edge to every wedding and family session. If you’re loving the mood, the magic, and the way I see the world—then we might just be the perfect creative match.

Step 2 – Let’s Chat Details


Fill out the contact form and don’t hold back—I want to hear it all. Your wedding plans, your wild crew, your vision, your vibe. The more detail, the better. Once your message lands in my inbox, I’ll check my calendar and get back to you with availability. Just a heads up: bookings for both weddings and family photography sessions in Mandurah (and beyond) tend to fill fast, so reaching out early is always a smart move.

Step 3 – Lock it In


Once we’ve locked in your date—via a signed online agreement and paid deposit—you’re officially on the books. From there, I’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to dive deeper into who you are, what you love, and the vision behind your wedding or family shoot. Then it’s time to plan the magic: we’ll connect over email or phone to chat through all the details, from ideal timing to the perfect Mandurah location (or wherever your dream backdrop takes us).

Step 4 – Shoot Day Baby

This is where the magic happens. The day we bring all the mood boards, voice notes, Pinterest pins, and planning to life. Whether it’s a wedding dripping in golden light or a family session that feels like home, we’re co-creating something beautifully, unapologetically you. You show up as your real, radiant self—I’ll handle the rest.

Step 5 – Your Gallery Delivered

Within 48 hours of your session, you’ll receive a sneak peek—just enough to get you excited (and maybe a little emotional). Full family galleries are delivered within 3 weeks, and wedding galleries take up to 8 weeks.



Step 6 – Prints

If your package includes prints or albums, you’ll be invited to select your favourites once your gallery is ready. Timelines can vary depending on the product, but rest assured—whether it’s a handcrafted album or fine art prints, your treasures will be beautifully finished and delivered straight to your door.

I’m based in Mandurah, Western Australia, but travel all over the Perth/ Peel / Southwest regions and beyond to capture stories and projects.

Simply send us an email to fpstudiobookings@gmail.com with the type of shoot and date you have in mind, along with some details of your day (location, how many guests, what you want captured etc) and we’ll be in touch usually within 24 hours.

All photography sessions require a deposit upon booking to secure the date. The deposit is a non-refundable booking fee which covers initial costs involved in the planning of a session as well as any funds lost in the cancellation of the booking.

Yours truly…and sometimes I bring a long an assistant to help me out. I don’t employee a second shooter full time but chat to me about your day requirements and we can discuss if it needs it – which I can sub-contract out, extra charges apply.

For family or branding sessions agreed amount is set, however I always provide more. Each wedding is unique. We work to providing the maximum amount of good quality images for the day. The more hours booked and different elements for the day encourages more images.

and editing them reflective of their style. Just like how a published author would never sell you his drafts.
